Every Amicus client is allocated a senior partner or director and it is this person they deal with for all their requirements. They do not get lost in a voicemail system, get passed around departments or find themselves in a call centre with an unknown voice at the end of the phone.
This ensures our clients are always speaking with someone who knows their business, whatever the nature of the query, and can make quick decisions with complete accountability.
Our approach to business
We have an extensive network of underwriters who provide the specialist policies needed for the industry sectors we work in. And we know them very well. We know what they look for, we know the questions they will ask and we know their appetite for risk.
We don’t go fishing in the market and hope we turn up a policy that will do the job. We gather all the information we need from you, go to the best providers for your requirement, get a quick yes or no response and get back to you. There is no to-ing and fro-ing and there is no attempting to put a square peg into around hole. If we genuinely can’t find a solution that gives you what you need we will tell you. But typically, we will find what you need, the first time.
